There’s also some Mother’s Day gift ideas listed that are sure to put a big smile on momma’s face!
If you live with mom…
- Let Momma Get Some Sleep!
Until I became a mom, I never realized what a luxury sleeping in is! On that Sunday morning, let mom get some much needed rest to start the day off on the right foot followed by.
2. Make Her Breakfast in Bed.
After she gets her beauty sleep, treat her to a special breakfast in bed. I personally love when my husband cooks breakfast for me, but if you’re not a professional chef, pick up her favorite brunch meal or have it delivered to your house.
3. Create a MOMosa Bar
What mom doesn’t love mimosas?! As demonstrated by Crisp Collective, you can create a personalized mimosa bar by picking out 3 of her favorites juices (orange, grapefruit, etc.) accompanied by 3 delicious fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries). Don’t forget the bottle of champagne or two!
4. Set up a Spa Day at Home in the Bathroom
There’s nothing like a little pampering to make momma feel like the queen she is. Although she can’t get a pedi right now, the Conair Heated and Bubbling Foot Bath will her feet feel rejuvenated until she can see visit her favorite spa!
This foot bath is less than $35!
My personal beauty routine includes soaking in an Epsom Salt bath with a few drops of lavender essential oil and using my Thayers Witch Hazel Alcohol-Free Facial Toner (unscented) and African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask.
Some other items to include for your Mother’s Day spa at home are a Rose Quartz Face Roller and a Pumice Stone.
5. Clean the House and Do Chores
If her love language is Acts of Service – this might be the absolute best present you could give her. I’m telling you there is nothing more special than when my husband cleans the house and does chores to help me out!
If mom lives far away…
